Summit County and its municipalities — Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne — each run their own permitting and inspection processes. Breckenridge requires a BOLT business license. Frisco has its own building department with specific setback and coverage requirements for mountain lots. Getting that wrong delays your project by weeks.
