Wetland Mitigation
Summit County, Colorado
USACE Section 404 permit coordination and physical wetland mitigation across Summit County’s extensive riparian zones. If your project touches a wetland, stream, or floodplain in Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, or beyond — call us before you start.
Summit County Has More Wetlands Than Most Contractors Realize
The Blue River corridor, Dillon Reservoir tributaries, and dozens of small alpine streams running through private lots in Breckenridge and Silverthorne are regulated under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. Disturbing these areas without an Army Corps of Engineers permit can stop a project cold — and result in restoration orders that cost far more than the permit would have.
We coordinate directly with the USACE Albuquerque District on nationwide permits (NWPs) and individual permits (IPs), and we handle the physical mitigation work: grading, native replanting, erosion control blankets, and stream bank stabilization.
Not sure if your project requires a wetland permit? Call us. We’ll give you a straight answer — not a sales pitch.
